Open creator cards

A useful introduction.
In a format your tool can read.

Read the details a creator chooses to publish. Keep the original link, respect their preferences, and refresh before you use the card.

Start with a public card

GET https://bymi.online/api/v1/cards/CREATOR-HANDLE

No login or API key required. Card version 1.1 adds work previews and dated, creator-supplied audience context; the client also reads 1.0 cards. The response includes the creator’s work links, topics, languages, availability, optional minimum budget, contact route, source and update time. Login email and conversations are never part of the public card.

Find cards

GET https://bymi.online/api/v1/creators?topic=design&available=true

Search by text, topic, language, opportunity type and budget. Results have no paid ranking. Follow next_cursor for another page, keeping the filters unchanged.

Use the open kit

The integration kit includes an open schema, JavaScript client and validator, standalone example application, and a read-only MCP server. These components carry an MIT license. Creator content is not relicensed.

The MCP connector runs locally over stdio with search_creators and read_creator_card tools. Follow the kit’s configuration instructions. It has not been submitted to AI-provider directories. Existing creator platforms can read the API; no partnership or integration with them is implied.

Contact with permission

The card includes a contact link. Respect contact.method and contact.sign_in_required: external-link opens the creator's own page without a ByMi account; offer-form uses the free ByMi inbox. Creators choose opportunity types and budgets, and can pause offers or block senders.

For an assistant acting on an account owner’s instructions, scoped access keys support sending offers and reading or replying to that account’s inbox. Create one in Account & access. Public reads do not need a key.

Handle cards responsibly

Free access, fair limits

120 anonymous API requests per IP per hour; 6,000 per account per hour with a public:read key. All keys on one account share that limit. Every account has the same free allowance: 25 new offers daily, 100 replies daily, 20 active keys, 100 saved creators and 25 saved searches. Rate limits return 429; request limits include Retry-After.

A readable card helps tools understand a creator. It does not guarantee indexing, recommendations or work.
